When it comes to events, making the lives of my clients’ less stressful is my main priority. My passion for decorating events motivated me to create Event-pals with a specialty in Luxury picnics.
My favorite childhood memories include picnics with friends and family at the beach, park or sitting around my grandmother’s fireplace. However, we do not stop at Luxury picnics. We do a fantastic job decorating celebrations of many kinds which include birthdays, baby showers, graduations and more. Our motto is to make your events memorable.
I love making a difference in the world by fulfilling my purpose. As many know, it takes a team to complete specific tasks. I have a great group of staff. This includes my husband who is often seen working by my side as well as my son. The rest of the staff are treated like family and every part of my team is important to the success of your event. We do not only set up decor but offer ideals to enhance your party theme and party decorations. Ask about our party packages.

All Luxury picnics are available for two hours with the exception of weddings. You may request an additional hour for $25.00 per hour.
Wedding Picnic package will be available for 3 hours.
Each Picnic Package includes a place setting four guests with the exception of the romance package and the Wedding package.
Additional guest can be added to each package for $25.00 per person.
Food is not included. You are welcome to bring food of choice. We have platters that can be left on tables upon request.
We are located in Pensacola, FL. At this time, we only provide services to Pensacola, Cantonment & Beulah, FL no travel charge.
Gulf Breeze & Milton, FL will require $35.00 travel fee.
Century, FL & Brewton, AL require $50.00 travel fee.
We request ample time to make your event special and memorable. We ask that you book your event two to three weeks in advance. This time allows us to view or research your selected location. We want to ensure we provide you with the best service. If there is a request for special items let us know when booking. We provide two free consultations allowing us to get an understanding of your vision and a customizable quote if wishing to have a customized package. Please keep in mind special items require more time to order. If you find yourself in need of last-minute assistance, we can set up a standard event within 72 hours if there is availability at the desired date and time. This does not include weddings or glow parties. We ask that you pay 50% non-refundable deposit depending on service selected at the time of booking. Deposit goes toward total. We do not provide refunds. If you have an outdoor event and the weather prevents the event from occurring, we do allow you to reschedule on the next available opening approved by Event-Pals. If you must cancel an event for any other reason, we must have 72-hour notice, or you will not be able to reschedule and you will not receive a refund. We do not allow open flames on or near merchandise under any circumstances due to associated fire and safety risk. Items must be in the same location they were delivered for pick-up unless other arrangement are made and agreed upon in advance.
